Eleanor is a 48 year old woman who enjoyed a healthy sexual relationship with her husband. However, since her total hysterectomy five years ago, she has noted a sharp decline in her sex drive.

Participants who adhered to all four factors at the beginning of the study had a 78% lower risk of developing a disease like diabetes, heart attack, stroke or cancer as compared to participants who did not follow these factors!

Women who do not take HRT have up to a 30% increased risk of developing type-2 diabetes. Use of estrogen or estrogen plus a progestin/progesterone is associated with a decrease in the risk for type-2 diabetes.
