Dr. Johnson’s Marvelous Muesli Recipe!
2 Cups Organic Rolled Oats (not instant)
¼ Cup Raisins
½ Teaspoon of Cinnamon
¼ Teaspoon of Cloves
¼ Teaspoon of Nutmeg
3 Small Scoops of Pure Stevia- Buy It Now Here!
¼ Cup of Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, or Almonds
1 ½ Cups of Coconut Milk
2 Scoops of True Whey Powder- Buy It Now Here!
Mix first 8 ingredients in loaf pan
Cover and refrigerate overnight
In the morning, separate in 6 loaf portions
To each portion add 1-2 Scoops of True Whey Powder. (Okay to add extra coconut milk to mix in the powder.)
Top each portion with ½ apple, pear, cherries, or berries.
Sprinkle with Cacao nibs
Drizzle with additional coconut milk as desired.
Take one 14oz can of unsweetened coconut milk (Native Forest Coconut Milk* is a good brand) and add ½ to 2/3 can of water to desired consistency (like milk). Add 3 or 4 small scoops of Stevia to taste. Can be mixed and kept in the refrigerator and used as milk.
